No. There is nothing to configure: you take a photo or ask a question, as you would with someone close who knows the house. No form to fill in, no dashboard to learn.
Location sharing is always consented to: each adult turns it on from their own phone (another adult can only send them a request), and for a minor child, only a pilot parent of the household turns it on. The child joins the household with restricted access: they only see the sharing of their own position and their places. You then create rules such as “notify me when Olivia arrives at school”. Nelynn only keeps the latest position of each person, no trip history.
