1. Purpose
These general terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Nelynn application, published by JBoxConsulting, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS Paris) under number 940 427 479 (SIRET 940 427 479 00016), with its registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Nelynn, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any of their provisions, you must not use the service.
3. Description of the service
Nelynn is an application that brings together a household’s documents, calendar, groceries and due dates, and offers suggestions generated by Nely, its assistant, to lighten day-to-day organisation.
Nelynn is currently in a preparation phase before its public launch. Some features described on the showcase site (online payment, availability on app stores) are not yet active at the time of writing; the app will be available to download on Google Play once Google approves it (an iPhone version will follow).
4. Your account and your household
A Nelynn household brings together one or more members, including a pilot responsible for managing the household (invitations, settings) and members who have the same rights to view and contribute to the household’s data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
5. Artificial intelligence
Nely relies on a partner artificial intelligence platform to read your documents and generate her suggestions. The full detail of this processing — what is sent, in what form, and what happens to it — is set out in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
In short: your information is sent to the AI platform only for as long as needed to answer your request, through a short-lived technical cache that the platform never keeps long-term, and is never used to train its models.
6. What Nely can do on her own — and what she never does without you
Nely may automatically carry out only the safest and most reversible actions (for example: adding a product to your shopping list, creating a reminder). For any other action, Nely presents you with a clear proposal and waits for your explicit approval before carrying it out: no significant change to your data happens without your confirmation.
7. Your commitments
- Use Nelynn for personal and family purposes only, never for unlawful purposes.
- Not attempt to bypass the service’s security measures.
- Not import documents that you have no right to use.
- Not use the service to harm third parties.
8. Intellectual property
The application, its brand, its design and its content are the property of JBoxConsulting. Your documents and household data remain yours: importing them does not transfer any rights to us beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service.
9. Availability of the service
We strive to provide a continuous service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability: temporary interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance or changes to the service, especially during this preparation phase before launch.
10. Liability
The suggestions and information provided by Nely are indicative and intended to lighten the organisation of the household: they are in no case professional advice (legal, medical, financial or tax). You remain solely responsible for the decisions you take on the basis of these suggestions.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We reserve the right to suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Terms
These terms may change, in particular as new features are activated (payment, availability on app stores). The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute, failing an amicable resolution, falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
