1. Purpose
These general terms of sale (the “Terms of sale”) apply to the subscription to Nelynn’s paid plans, published by JBoxConsulting, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS Paris) under number 940 427 479 (SIRET 940 427 479 00016), with its registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Intra-Community VAT number: FR07940427479.

What is actually guaranteed: the cap in euros, never a number of actions.
Each paid plan includes use of Nely’s artificial intelligence capped at a specific amount each month. The volumes shown elsewhere on the site (number of documents, exchanges, events) are average estimates, based on typical mixed use: they are never a commitment to a minimum or maximum quantity per category. Only the amount in euros of the plan you choose is a contractual commitment: you never pay more than what is announced, whatever your actual use.
3. Payment
At the time of writing, online payment for the Essential and Peace of mind plans is not yet active: Nelynn is in a preparation phase before its public launch, awaiting approval on Google Play. The precise payment terms (accepted methods, invoicing, payment provider) will be communicated and added to this document before paid subscriptions actually open.
4. Duration and cancellation
Paid plans are offered with no minimum term, with monthly or annual renewal, depending on the billing period chosen when subscribing. You can cancel at any time from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid (month or year), with no renewal for the following period.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the subscription to a paid plan, unless you have expressly requested and agreed that the service begins immediately before that period expires, in which case this right may no longer apply once the service has been fully provided.
6. Price changes
We may change our prices. Any change will be communicated to you in advance and will never apply retroactively to a period already paid.
7. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, contact us at contact@nelynn.com. Failing an amicable resolution, you may turn to a consumer mediator.
8. Governing law
These Terms of sale are governed by French law.
